Step 3: Skills Assessment

Technical Roles: A one-hour technical screening interview.

Operations/Policy Roles: A take-home assignment, requiring 2-5 hours, depending on the role.

These assignments are designed to:

• Minimize bias and enhance informed hiring decisions.

• Help assess your potential performance and give you a taste of the role.
